Jesus didn’t build His church by collecting crowds. He called people, formed them, entrusted them, and sent them.
That pattern still builds the church. Disciples become leaders. Leaders raise disciples. The mission multiplies.
People are the plan.
Leadership isn’t just for people with titles.
Every disciple can grow into a leader—someone who takes responsibility for helping others follow Jesus.
Leadership begins when you stop asking, “Who will do this?” and start asking, “How can I help?”
We don’t just develop leaders. We develop Christlike leaders.
What does a Pathway leader look like? Not polish. Not platform. Character that looks like Jesus.
